How does it work?
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a short questionnaire. Your answers will help the coach prepare and tailor the training to your specific needs and level.

 

Practical:

• Individually or in a group: You can come alone or with others. Simply indicate the number of participants on the reservation form.

• All-inclusive prices: The rates shown are per session (not per person) and include table rental. So, no unexpected costs.
